Who are we ?
Professional musicians and sound therapists , Swann and Ely, the founders of Zen & Sounds have the desire to democratize sound therapy.
After having developed for several years the practice of gong bath, sound massage and sound yoga in France and Europe, in yoga centers and music and well-being festivals, they founded the first European centers Zen and Sounds, entirely dedicated to sound therapy : Zen and Sounds Paris and Ibiza in 2018, then Zen and Sounds Sud in 2020, in the Montpellier region.
In 2020, Zen and Sounds opens its "Academy" department , in order to transmit the knowledge and experience of Swann, Ely and their team, and thus ensure a high level of education for future sound therapists, through training with theoretical content. and dense and rational practice, and to the ethics irreproachable .
The training sessions are held in the beautiful Zen and Sounds South center, for an immersive experience, conducive to calm and concentration.
Participants can be accommodated in accommodation and full board.
The center
ZEN AND SOUNDS SOUTH
Inaugurated at the beginning of November 2020, the ZEN & SOUNDS SUD center is our magnificent new center, dedicated to our sound therapy training sessions. It also hosts our sound therapy courses and retreats.
Ideally located in the Mediterranean Occitanie region, 35 minutes northwest of Montpellier, 50 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Gorges de l'Hérault, the ZEN & SOUNDS SUD Retreat Center welcomes you for moments of pure relaxation and relaxation.
To get there by public transport, simply stop at one of Montpellier's 2 stations and book a private Zen & Sounds shuttle that will drop you off at the centre.

The Zen and Sounds Academy offers you a complete training course in the different sound therapy practices:
Gong Bath training (level 1, level 2, and certification)
Individual Sound Massage Training (level 1, level 2, and certification)
Training in Therapeutic Singing and Yoga of Sound (level 1, level 2, and certification) [ From 2023 · Dates to be released soon · Sign up for our newsletter to be notified as soon as they go live. ]
You can choose to do one or two training courses of your choice, or, from 2023, the complete course of the three training courses for an integral learning of sound therapy practices.
We will soon be offering Water Sound Healing training. Dates are yet to be determined. Do not hesitate to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed as soon as they are online.

IMPORTANT
Sound therapy is a very powerful tool, the effects of which can vary from person to person.
Under no circumstances does the sound therapist replace your attending physician or a specialist in the event of a medical problem.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Sound therapy is contraindicated in the following cases:
for pacemaker wearers,
for people with seizure disorders*,
· for pregnant women less than 4 months or more than 8 months*.
