Program of the training

 

Zagdrum training is intended for everyone: beginners, intermediates and experienced musicians. If you have a Zagdrum, you can come with your instrument, but it is not necessary to have one to participate, the equipment is provided on site.

​

This training, led by Swann, takes place over 2 full days at Zen & Sounds Sud. ​ You will learn all the gestures, technical modules and different types of strikes and you will enjoy a moment of sharing and pleasure of playing. ​ On the first day, you will be expected at 1 p.m. for a welcome meal and the training will begin at 2 p.m. On the last day, you will be free to leave after breakfast until late morning. ​

 

You can purchase a Zagdrum on site.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS

• It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

• The equipment is loaned on site during the training.

• Meals and accommodation are available on site. The meals are vegetarian and are prepared by our chefs.

 

PRICES

• The price of our crystal bowl training is €720:

🏡 €240 for the accommodation and the meals

 

​50% must be paid upon booking, the remaining 50% at most 2 months before the start of the module.

INSTRUCTOR

​

Swann Gong is a certified sound therapist.

He has acquired a great experience during his years of practice of sound therapy, during which he has given thousands of sessions, both group and individual.

He learned many lessons from it that allowed him to conceptualize his own method, combining both his different training courses and his feedback and results on the public he has been following ever since.

Co-founder of Zen & Sounds with Ely Goa, he gives gong baths, as well as sound treatments using bowls and therapeutic tuning forks, in Zen & Sounds centers, but also throughout Europe, in yoga and wellness centers, meditation and yoga festivals, yoga and sound therapy retreats.

Swann works with a large choice of Himalayan bowls (from Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, India), therapeutic tuning forks and numerous shamanic instruments, as well as large symphonic and planetary gongs.

With 25 years of experience as a multi-musician, percussionist, flautist, guitarist and singer, but also a specialist in sound work (sound engineer, composer, producer, remixer and creator of meditative and therapeutic music), co- founder, with Ely Goa, of the musical duo ELEA, Swann gave as a musician more than 2000 concerts all over the world.

Upon receipt of your transfer and your email, your place will be reserved. NB: registrations are taken into account in the order of receipt of payments.
